~ Idaho Falls, Bonneville County and the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council will hold an open house Nov. 5 to discuss proposed safety improvements at the intersection of 15th East and 49th South.
The event will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Bonneville County Fairgrounds Carriage House, 1542 E. 73rd South. Attendees can review proposed designs and provide comments.
