~ The City of Idaho Falls, Bonneville County, and the City of Ammon have announced that they will be hosting a regional Street Summit on Monday, May 18 at 6:30 p.m. The event will take place in the Bonneville County Commissioner's Hearing Room and will also be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person.
This Street Summit is part of a larger effort by the three agencies to improve coordination, communication, and transparency regarding transportation and infrastructure projects. With road construction and infrastructure improvements affecting every community in the region, the collaboration aims to provide residents with consistent information and a better understanding of upcoming projects.
The evening will begin with a general welcome followed by short presentations from each participating agency highlighting major transportation and infrastructure projects. Attendees will then have the opportunity to ask questions during a general Q&A session as well as one-on-one discussions with staff members.

In addition to the Street Summit, each agency has committed to sharing regional construction information online through interactive maps on their respective websites. These maps will help residents navigate projects throughout Bonneville County more easily.
The City of Idaho Falls encourages all members of the public to attend this event or tune in via livestream on the Bonneville County Commissioners' YouTube channel. This is an opportunity for residents to stay informed about upcoming road construction projects and voice any concerns or questions they may have.
