Boise, Idaho ~ Boise, Idaho - After years of dedicated service to the Idaho State Board of Education, Governor Brad Little expressed his gratitude to Bill Gilbert and Cindy Siddoway as their terms on the board came to an end.
Governor Little commended Gilbert and Siddoway for their commitment to improving education in Idaho and strengthening the institutions that prepare students for success. Watkins brings extensive experience in business, transportation, and community leadership to this role. As chairman, he will play a crucial role in guiding the Idaho Transportation Department as it continues to invest in the state's transportation infrastructure, support economic growth, and ensure safe and efficient roads and highways for Idaho families, businesses, and communities.
