Our capabilities have expanded through a new partnership with InkBit, unlocking advanced VCJ production.
AMERICAN FALLS, Idaho - IdaStar -- At JawsTec, we're excited to announce our partnership with Inkbit to offer Vision Controlled Jetting (VCJ), now available for production orders.
VCJ uses real-time machine vision to inspect each printed layer and make corrections before the next layer is deposited. Unlike traditional jetting methods, which operate without mid-build feedback, this closed-loop approach enables tighter tolerances, more consistent results, and the ability to produce complex geometries that are difficult to achieve with conventional processes.
