IDAHO FALLS ~ Idaho Falls - Beginning Monday, April 21, contractors will be present at the intersection of Anderson and Holmes Avenue to carry out a waterline improvement project. This project aims to enhance the fire suppression line in order to support nearby businesses. While efforts will be made to minimize disruptions for drivers, lane closures may be necessary due to the location of the work.
Despite the construction, businesses in the area will remain accessible. However, detours will be put in place and traffic lanes on Anderson and North Boulevard may shift as work progresses. Drivers are advised to reduce their speed, follow posted traffic control signs, and be cautious of construction crews in the work zone.
